SAN FRANCISCO – December 16, 2019 – The Northern California chapter of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) has named its board for 2020. Greg Shutt, SIOR, CBRE/Reno, will serve as the chapter’s president for the year; Dan Dowd, SIOR, Newmark Cornish & Carey/Oakland, will serve as the vice president/incoming president; Mike McCarthy, SIOR, Transwestern/San Francisco, is the chapter secretary; Michael Carrigg, SIOR, Colliers International/Pleasanton, is the chapter treasurer and Tom Tyer, SIOR, Colliers International/Sacramento, is the chapter membership/admissions chair. Ed Hofer, SIOR, Colliers International/San Jose, is the past president/adviser and Ethan Smith, SIOR, Newmark Pearson Commercial, is the board member at large.
