Reno, Nev. – Michael Hoeck, SIOR and Michael Nevis, SIOR, CCIM, both senior vice presidents in Kidder Mathews Reno office, were recently honored with three national awards by the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR), for the 2018 National Top Transactions.
The Top Industrial Transactions were ranked by square feet, and the Top Industrial Investment Transactions were ranked by sales price. Hoeck and Nevis received recognition for one of the Top Industrial Transactions and for one of the Top Industrial Investment Transactions for the sale of a 1,060,723 square-foot industrial property, located at 9460 and 9470 North Virginia Street in Reno, Nevada, that sold for $81,100,000. They were also recognized in the Top Industrial Transaction category for completing the lease on an 802,113 square-foot property at 9550 North Virginia Street in Reno, Nevada.
