SAN FRANCISCO – December 20, 2018 – The Northern California chapter of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) has named its board for 2019. Ed Hofer, SIOR, Colliers International/San Jose, will serve as the chapter’s president for the year. Greg Shutt, SIOR, Colliers International/Reno, will serve as the vice president/incoming president; Dan Dowd, SIOR, Newmark Cornish & Carey/Oakland, is the chapter secretary; Mike McCarthy, SIOR, Colliers International/San Francisco, is the chapter treasurer and Tom Tyer, SIOR, Colliers International/Sacramento, is the chapter membership/admissions chair. John Hans, SIOR, Rossetti Company in San Luis Obispo, Calif., is the past president/adviser and Michael Carrigg, SIOR, Colliers International/Pleasanton, is the board member at large.
