SAN FRANCISCO – December 22, 2021 – The Northern California chapter of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) has named its board for 2022. Mike McCarthy, SIOR, Transwestern/San Francisco, will serve as the chapter’s president for the year; Michael Carrigg, SIOR, Colliers/Pleasanton, will serve as the vice president/incoming president; Ethan Smith, SIOR, Newmark Pearson Commercial, is the chapter secretary; David Buchholz, SIOR, Colliers/San Jose, is the chapter treasurer and Tom Tyer, SIOR, Colliers International/Sacramento, is the chapter membership/admissions chair. Dan Dowd, SIOR, Newmark/Oakland, is the past president/adviser.
